We welcome suggestions about how we can improve our medical services
to you; please contact us by letter, telephone or in person.
If you have a complaint, please contact the Practice Manager, Stella
Crookes. We will endeavour to acknowledge written complaints within
two working days of receipt and respond in full within fourteen days.
We see any comments or complaints as an opportunity to put right any
problems and improve the service we offer to our patients.
If you would like further information a leaflet is available from the
reception desk detailing the complaints procedure at the practice.
