This is a standard email address and, whilst only accessed by our practice staff, we cannot guarantee the security of the message between your computer and ours.

This address is for incoming mail regarding EMIS ACCESS only and is not for any medical questions as it is not staffed by doctors or nurses.

Use the email subject line: EMIS ACCESS and give your full name, date of birth and a contact number in the message. We will then post on to your registered home address the letter with the details for setting up the service.
