The Practice's ethos is that 'We are Here to Listen and Not to Tell' and openly encourage young people to discuss any problems they might have with one of the doctors or nurses.

In Summer 2009 the Practice was awarded the 'Low Down Accreditation' in recognition of the work put in by the staff for young people's health. We are here to discuss the particular health needs of teenagers and young adults. We aim for the surgery to be a welcoming place for people of any age can come and talk confidentially about sexual and other health issues.
