Reception Team
Our reception team, led by Alicia Sheldon Reception Office
Manager, are trained to do a difficult and demanding job.
Please give them as much information as you can in order to help them to
help you; they are bound by the same rules of confidentiality as the
doctors and nurses and anything you tell them will be treated in
absolute confidence.
In their work they are following the instructions of the doctors and
procedures and protocols laid down by the practice.
