Car Parking

Because of the limited number of parking spaces and in the interest of safety, the car park is designated for staff and disabled (blue badge holder) patients only

Access To Medical Records

Under the Data Protection Act you are entitled to see your medical records, please enquire at the reception desk for details of how to do this.

Change of name, address or telephone number

If you change your name, address or telephone number please notify the practice immediately.

Telephone enquiries

The telephone lines are always busy during the morning surgery, so telephone enquiries other than requests for appointments and home visits are better made as follows:- General Enquiries – after 11.30 am, Test Results – after 2.00 pm.

We welcome suggestions about how we can improve our medical services to you; please contact us by letter, telephone or in person.

If you have a complaint, please contact the Practice Manager, Denise Wilson. We will endeavour to acknowledge written complaints within two working days of receipt and respond in full within fourteen days.

We see any comments or complaints as an opportunity to put right any problems and improve the service we offer to our patients.
