Locums Practice Pharmacist Our practice pharmacist runs clinics to review medication, monitors hospital discharge drug lists and can offer advice on how to manage your medicines. If you have been in hospital the practice pharmacist may contact you to make sure you understand how to take your medication. Practice Manager Denise Wilson is our Practice Manager and she is responsible for the day to day running of the practice.
