Child SafetyIn the interests of safety would parents please remember that it is your responsibility to look after and control your children whilst visiting the medical centre.Friends and RelativesIn the interests of safety with regard to overcrowding, and because of the limited amount of seating available in the waiting room, we do please ask that friends and relatives do not, unless it is really necessary, accompany you to the medical centre.Food and DrinkWe ask that food and drink is not consumed on the premises. If you are feeling particularly thirsty please ask the receptionist who will be able to provide you withwater. Waiting Room StandardsFor the comfort of others in the waiting room we do ask that the waiting room and its furnishings are treated with respect.Zero ToleranceThe practice does have a clearly defined policy, clearly displayed in the waiting room, on how we deal with abusive behaviour. |
