Our Reception Team
We are a highly trained & professional team made up of 6 receptionists & a reception manager. We make appointments face to face & by telephone for the doctors, nurses, midwife, phlebotomist, counsellors & other healthcare professionals that visit the surgery. We also do other clerical jobs including repeat prescriptions, scanning letters, results etc that are generated by hospital or other professional organisations accessed by patients.
Something that we are very proud of is our charity work. Every year, through various activities, we raise hundreds of pounds for differing charities.
